Apparently, living in the center of lower Michigan has its perks. While we don't get as much snow in the winter, or rain in the summer, we also miss the erratic weather throughout other parts of the state.
Southern lower Michigan received tornadoes on Sunday. Northern lower Michigan received freezing rain which coated everything with 3/4" of ice. We received a 20 minute thunderstorm with some high winds. Yep, that was about it. We seem to be the only ones with electricity.
Working on Ronda's quilt all yesterday and today. Here's some of the quilting as promised...
