Isn't it sad when you feel obligated to contact family because you haven't reached out in a while? My parents have always been extraordinarily independent and during our upbringing, weren't the huggy, touchy kind of parents. They remain this way even more so in their elder years. When I don't hear from them in a while, I feel like I have to touch base and check in to see how life is.
Dad was this mornings call. Now I'm back onto work stuff.

This is an expensive add-on (around $75) and now it's useless. I really depend on that light with DW because his on-board lighting isn't really the greatest. First generation and all that happy crap.
The sun is peeking out this morning, but the weather app said it's supposed to be cloudy all day? I'll take the sun, but I'm not holding my breath about how long I'll have it.
